Ideal Range is proud to announce that for many years, we have been able to complete, in every single occasion, highly challenging factory construction projects which are not only large in scale, but also complex in terms of engineering with our professional expertise.
For those huge factory construction projects, we focus special and timely attention to the steel structure as well as construct them according to the architectural drawings. This may involve special equipment or special construction materials such as nitrogen gas pipes, compressor pipes, gas packs etc.
These factories often demand special architectural requirements, and some of them are even downright difficult, e.g. the CTRM (Composites Technology Research Malaysia) factory*, the Malaysia Honda manufacturing plant etc. However, having accumulated many years of engineering experience, coupled with our strong professional teams, we managed to complete each project successfully, meeting all customer requirements and obtaining the ‘Certificate of Practical Completion’ (CPC).
* CTRM is the component manufacturing plant for Airbus and Boeing.
Our Experience
Ideal Range has also undertaken a variety of small to medium-sized construction projects, including industrial, terraced houses, police headquarters, national secondary schools, universities, real estate show units etc.
* We completed the CTRM aero composite clean room, composite aero structure factory and Building 6 CTRM in Melaka (CTRM's Building 6 has been awarded Platinum Provisional GreenRE Certificate), a highly complicated experience well-learnt.
* In recent years, we have achieved and completed a few major projects like Hicom Automotive Manufacturer in Pahang; Honda Manufacturing Plant in Bukit Jelutong as well as PHN Industrial and Warehouse in Melaka.
